How do I amend a roommate agreement?

You can amend a roommate agreement as long as you left an amendment clause within the agreement. For instance, I put the following in my roommate agreement: "Amendments: This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed by all Roommates." This makes it so that if there is a dispute or something needs to be changed, the document can be changed, as long as everyone agrees.
