Uses for Indica DPI
Indica DPI is used to control and prevent symptoms (wheezing and shortness of breath) caused by bronchial asthma, or by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or both.
Mechanism of Action
Indica DPI is a β2-adrenergic agonist, it binds and activates the β2-receptor in the lungs, which stimulates the production of cyclic AMP (cAMP) to relax muscles and promote the opening of airways; this decreases the resistance of the airway, resulting in the patient's breathing easier.
