পুলিশ ব্যাচ কল্যাণ মুলক সংঘঠনে নির্দেশনাবলী চাই?

I work in the police. We join nearly 2000 jobs together at the end of 9 years of service and we move to 10 years. Now we are trying to create an organization with all of our Batchmate. The main objectives of the organization will be to help each other, if someone is in danger, when sick or in some danger, if someone dies, one time grant him something. Our batchmates are not in all districts of Bangladesh, because they can not be gathered together, they require some instructions. Need some rules. We will collect some subscriptions from each and save it through a joint account. Do you want to know this beautiful organizational structure and rules? Our organization name is February 2010 Batch Welfare Fund.
